1. Overview
These Terms govern the use of "LLMs.txt Generator" (the "Plugin"), a WordPress plugin developed by Andreas at arts-unique.de ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Plugin, you agree to these terms.
2. License
The free version is available at no cost via WordPress.org. The Pro version requires a one-time payment of €29. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use Pro features indefinitely on one WordPress installation. You may deactivate and reactivate the license on a different site.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed via Stripe through our LicensesHub store at store.arts-unique.com. All prices include applicable VAT.
4. Plugin Functionality
The Plugin generates text-based endpoint files from your existing WordPress content. It does not transmit your content to external servers. The only network request is for license key validation against our license server.
5. Updates & Support
Pro includes lifetime updates and priority email support. We aim to maintain compatibility with WordPress but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use. Total liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction: Lörrach, Germany.

2. What Data the Plugin Collects
The Plugin does not collect or transmit any personal data or site content to external servers. It generates text files locally on your WordPress installation. The only network request is for license key validation against our license server at store.arts-unique.com.
3. License Verification
When activating a Pro license, the Plugin sends your license key and site URL to our license server for validation. This data is stored to manage license activations. No content data is transmitted.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed via Stripe through our store at store.arts-unique.com. We store your email address and license key for order management. Payment card details are handled exclusively by Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Contact us at store@arts-unique.com for any data requests.
6. Changes
Updates posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
