Local clone & analysis
We clone your site to our local environment. All analysis and testing happens offline — your live site is never touched.
Report & fixes
You receive the PDF report within 48 hours. Simple fixes are applied to your live site with your approval.
Credentials deleted
After delivery, all credentials and local clones are permanently deleted. We recommend changing your passwords afterward.

Need more than analysis?
If the analysis uncovers issues that need extended work (migration, redesign, development), we'll provide a separate quote. The analysis fee is credited toward the project.
After booking
What we need from you
After booking, please send the following details to store@arts-unique.com:
1. WordPress admin access

We recommend creating a temporary admin account that you can delete after the analysis.
2. Hosting access (FTP or SSH)

Port: 21 (FTP) or 22 (SSH)
Needed to clone the site locally. If SSH is available, we prefer that.
3. Database access (if separate)

Often already in wp-config.php — in that case, FTP/SSH access is sufficient.
🔒 All credentials are used solely for the analysis and permanently deleted within 24 hours of report delivery.

1. Scope of Service
The WP Analysis service includes a one-hour diagnostic review of your WordPress installation, covering core health, plugin/theme audit, performance, security, and database. Simple fixes within scope are applied at no extra cost with client approval.
2. Deliverable
A PDF report documenting findings, severity ratings, applied fixes, and recommendations. Delivered via email within 48 hours of receiving site access.
3. Access & Data Handling
The client provides temporary WordPress admin and hosting access. A local clone is created for analysis. All credentials, clones, and downloaded data are permanently deleted within 24 hours of report delivery. We recommend changing passwords after service completion.
4. Payment
Payment of €50 (incl. VAT) is due at time of booking via store.arts-unique.com. Processed via Stripe. Work begins after payment confirmation and receipt of credentials.
5. Limitations
The service is diagnostic in nature. Resolution of all identified issues within the one-hour scope is not guaranteed. Complex fixes, migrations, or redesigns are quoted separately. The analysis fee is credited toward follow-up projects.
6. Liability
All work is performed on a local clone. We are not liable for issues on the live site unless fixes were applied with explicit client approval. Total liability is limited to the service fee paid.
7. Refunds
Full refund if the report is not delivered within 5 business days. No refund after report delivery, as the service is fully rendered.
8. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction: Lörrach, Germany.

2. What Data We Process
To perform the service, we temporarily process: your email address (communication and report delivery), WordPress admin credentials (temporary access), hosting/FTP/SSH credentials (for cloning), and a local copy of your WordPress installation (files and database).
3. Data Retention
All credentials and local clones are permanently deleted within 24 hours of report delivery. Email address and invoice data are retained for accounting purposes as required by German tax law (10 years).
4. Data Sharing
We never share your site data, credentials, or content with third parties. The local clone exists only on our development machine and is not uploaded anywhere.
5. Payment Processing
Payments via Stripe through store.arts-unique.com. Card details are handled exclusively by Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Contact: store@arts-unique.com
